# Risk Register

Excellent node operations require full transparency and awareness within the own risk landscape. To ensure all risks are documented and managed adequately, Node Operators can use the the **Risk Register** template to be found below. 

The Node Operator **Risk Register** is a vital component of the DUCK initiative, aimed at ensuring the effective management of risks associated with node operations. This document provides also general instructions.
